Dear Sir/Madam, 

Greetings from International Indian School, Jeddah

 As decided in the meeting of the Host Schools Principals on 20.05.2010, Phase-I of the XX Cluster Meet will be conducted from 14 to 17 June 2010.  Schedule of Phase II will be intimated to you later.

 Entry Forms, Rules & Regulations and other details have been uploaded on our School Website: www.iisjed.com.  The same may be down loaded for reference and use.

·         Entries for Badminton may please be sent by 3 June 2010.

·         Entries for Football and Volley ball may be sent latest by 10 June 2010.

 Estimated expenses for Boarding and Lodging:

 It is estimated that boarding expenses (breakfast, lunch & dinner) will be SR 50/- per person per day & will be arranged upon request which may be communicated to us atleast a week before the commencement of the event.

 Expenses towards Hotel accommodation will be about SR 45/- per person per day.

 Looking forward to a very enthusiastic participation with the true spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship.
