Admission policy for the year 2010-2011
Having been established in 1969 with a few students in a make shift area
inside the Embassy premises, the School grew so enormously that the
present premises of Boys and Girls Sections built over an area of about
25000 m2 and with about 351 classrooms is insufficient to accommodate
all eligible candidates seeking admission to our School.
Since
past two years the School Management has been exerting all efforts to
acquire an additional premise or go for alternate arrangement in the
School timing so as to cater to the tremendous demand for admissions.
But unfortunately we have not yet been successful because of many local
constraints. The School is still pursuing all options to solve the
problem.
Presently all classes are over crowded to the extent that we are facing
difficulty in accommodating our own students.
Hence it has been decided to open
the admissions to classes LKG and UKG only for the available seats for
the year 2010-2011.
To
make the process fair , easier and convenient, it has been decided to
grant admission to eligible candidates as per availability of seats by
drawing lots according to the procedure appended:
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION OF ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES:
1.
Admission request formats can be obtained from the School (boys
section) from 13.02.2010 to 24.02.2010.
2.
The filled up requests are to be submitted in person latest by 25.02.2010 by 11:00 am.

latest by 25.02.2010 by 11:00 am.
3.
All the requests will be allotted a Reference No.
4.
Drawing of lots for the available number of seats for LKG & UKG
will be on 05.03.2010 at 4:00 pm at the Boys Section in Al-Rehab Dist.
5.
Parents/Guardians of all candidates who submit the request will
have to be present for the draw.
6.
Photocopies of passport and Iqama of the candidate and the
parents should be available on the day of draw. However original
documents will have to be produced for verification at the time of
admission.
7.
Though seats are not presently available for classes other than
LKG & UKG, a few lots will also be drawn to form the waiting list for
admissions to classes I to XII. This draw will be on 12.03.2010 at 4:00
pm.
8.
Waiting list will be valid till 30 April 2010 only so that
parents of these students can go for alternate options.
